Hello! I’m Debbie Loesel Stanton–you can call me Debb. (The reason I have two b’s in my nickname is fodder for a post at another time, if you’re curious.)
I am an author, writer of poems and stories, breast cancer survivor; a curious person, and an introvert or extrovert, depending upon the day.
I love cats, dogs, squirrels, bunnies, raccoons, and birds; hot beverages except coffee; books; movies; God; seeing kindness and compassion shown; office supplies; a simple life; justice; peace and joy; children; love.
I’ve published a book about my positive cancer experience and am writing a novel. After that, there are three additional books and a couple of stories ready for me to write. Wouldn’t it be fantastic if I could write one book for each genre that’s out there? I never fail to have new goals come across my mind and path.
I’m hoping that my website will entertain you and make you feel like you are part of a community. Making my site a community of like-minded and like-hearted people is another goal of mine.
I am an extrovert with introverted tendencies and a homebody to boot. Please feel free to add comments to my posts or ask questions. If you like something you’ve read, please consider hitting “like” below it, so I can know how to serve you better. Again I say, “Welcome!”
